Every compressed air system needs filtration of some level to prevent contaminants from the atmosphere as well as oil from going into the air system and damaging equipment.

Kaeser has five grades of filters from general particulate removal down to a filter set that will remove 99.9% of particulates and vapor. A specially designed system will even provide breathing air from your compressed air system.

These filters have a size range from 20 CFM to 11,875 CFM to meet almost any air quality requirement. The key to the Kaeser filter design is low pressure drop which can save thousands of dollars in energy over the lifetime of the filter as every 2 psi pressure drop uses 1% of the system horsepower. Most Kaeser filters have less than 3 psi pressure drop when dirty.
