These vacuum units are designed in the same manner as the rotary screw compressors as one package delivering reliable, efficient, and quiet long-term service. Capacities are 168 to 555 CFM.  They can create up to 99% of absolute vacuum. The is units are complete with built-in vacuum filter and the innovative Sigma Control 2 to maintain exact vacuum levels as well as provide maintenance indicators.
