Keith Carley

Vice President

Keith Carley

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, after graduating High School, I moved to South Florida in 1993 to assist my father at Air Compressors Works. Our purpose then was to keep our client up and running, and it's the same 25 years later.

I started by sweeping the floors and helping service and install technicians in the field. Then I moved into other departments over the years, learning how each area of the business works. It excites me to help our clients get the most reliable and efficient air system possible to focus on their business, knowing that ACW will "Keep them up and Running."

I enjoy outdoor sports such as golfing, boating, hunting, and snow skiing. I am a competitive person and take pride in giving it 100% effort.

One of my favorite quotes that I obtain while here at ACW from a great leader and sales engineer is always to press on; nothing in this world can take the place of persistence!

  • TALENT WILL NOT. Nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with Talent
  • GENIUS WILL NOT. Unrewarded genius is almost a proverb/very common…
  • EDUCATION WILL NOT. The World is full of educated derelicts.
  • PERSISTENCE and DETERMINATION alone are OMNIPOTENT

Jennifer Viloria

Account Manager

Jennifer Viloria

Jennifer Viloria is our Miami Dade Account Manager. She started working at Air Compressor Works directly after graduating from Palm Beach Lakes High School. She started entry-level, answering phones, and making collection calls.

She wanted to learn as much as she could about compressed air and the industry, so she worked hands-on in almost every department at ACW to build her knowledge base. She spent most of her time at ACW working within the service department, as she genuinely enjoys helping people.

However, there was still so much to learn, so she made the tough decision to step outside her comfort zone. She left the Management Team and joined the Sales Department. She is avidly working to network and grow our Miami territory. She wants to ensure her clients receive top of the line customer service and superior products at the best prices.

She brings 18 years' experience in the compressed air and vacuum industry. She can help you understand what it costs to operate your system and make changes to save money on energy costs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. They enjoy their weekends outdoors, mostly boating and fishing.

"There are no limits to what you can accomplish, except the limits you place on your own thinking."

Jayson Colon

Account Manager

Jayson Colon

Born in Puerto Rico, raised in New Jersey and migrated to Florida in 2008.

I went to school to study Radiology in 2006 after being out of school for eight years. Due to the economic crash in 2007-2008, as a father of two boys, I had to make a drastic change to stay focus on my head of household duties/priorities and moved to Florida for new opportunities.

I started working at ACW in December 2011 as a shop foreman assistant. 2012-2013 began developing the knowledge for compressors and provided customer service, thus began to sell parts and compressors over the counter to our walk-in clients. In 2015, an opportunity opened up for an outside Technical Sales Representative and been on the road ever since.

Helping clients by providing solutions is what drives me!

I enjoy music production, watching and playing all sports, and engineering compressed air systems!

Graduated High School, Some College, and Kaeser Compressor Certified Training.
